The prices are dependent on the project and require references.
Size option 1:
Cost 50-200 Robux. (Negotiable)
Time to build: 1-7 days. (Could be quicker)
Size option 2:
Cost 1k-10k Robux.
Time to build: 1-4 months.
(Could be faster or slower depending on model and motivation)
Additional costs:
Good grouping: 50-100 robux.
Interactables: 20-200 robux.
(Possibly more if it's complicated wiring)

Payment is payed half at commission accepted and half when finished. (Can be done in one pay if you want)
Refunds are only available before the second payment. And will not cover the percentage taken by roblox.
All builds are completed on town via btools.
Claiming any commissions are built by you will result in a blacklist.
I am able to deny any commission.
Prices are negotiable.
